Sweet and Sour Eggrolls

Sweet and Sour Eggrolls, Frederick, MD - 2011.12.28
With the help of my assistant, Elaine, we cooked our first asian cuisine. Using my mother’s recipe, we fried up some tasty eggrolls. These eggrolls are stuffed with shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and cabbage. The ingredients were marinated in sesame seed oil, oyster sauce, and mirin. No oil fires this time around!
